Hey guys. Below is a copy of the camper information sheet we’re sending out. The ministers at each congregation will get a copy to distribute as well.
Camp Opening
Registration begins at 3 pm on Sunday, June 19. Any unpaid fees must be paid upon arrival. Parents are welcome to stay for dinner and worship on Sunday but must leave promptly at the end of services.
Camp Behavior
All forms of bullying will be punished quickly and severely with a zero tolerance policy. Campers caught bullying other campers will be sent home without a refund. Campers are expected to be courteous and kind, reflecting Christ in their actions throughout the week. Anything that goes against that standard may lead to expulsion.
Dress Code
No tank tops (for both boys and girls). All shirts must have sleeves. Shorts must be lower than mid-thigh (for both boys and girls). If there is any doubt that the shorts are too short, wear something else. This will be enforced by counselors and the respective Head of Cabins (i.e. Paul Wisdom & Glenna Geralds). Water events will happen. Please bring dark clothes to wear over swimsuits on those days.
Visitation
Guests are not permitted to attend unannounced. Camp Director must know if someone is planning to attend outside of normal visiting hours. We strongly ask that all parents, grandparents, and family members avoid coming except on Sunday for drop off, Wednesday for family night, or Friday for pickup.
Checkout
Campers must checkout with the director at any time before leaving the premises.
